Shipping
Shipping and delivery times
For completed orders and receipt of payment by 12 noon, we usually ship your goods on the same day.
We ship from Germany with DHL or Deutsche Post.
Shipping costs
Deliveries within the EU are shipped free of charge for orders over 59 €. For baskets under 59 € we charge a flat rate of 5,90 € (excluding external territories and islands of the EU).
Deliveries outside the EU are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge of 14,90 €.

For end customers within the EU, taxes are included in the sales price.
For countries outside the EU and EU countries that are not part of the European Customs Union, customs duties and taxes (e.g.: import sales tax) may apply. These customs fees and taxes must be paid by the customer (buyer). We do not charge VAT to customers from countries outside the EU and EU countries that are not part of the European Customs Union.
